To understand what Team “JuanDerful “means, I should explain how the catch phrase came to be. Working for Walt Disney World people started referring to my work and efforts in production as not only wonderful but “JuanDerful.” I was talking through the event season rehearsal schedule with a show director following a production meeting and I presented her with an easy-to-read document that outlined the who, what, and where. She replied in an abundance of thanks exclaiming that I was “Juanderful” to provide such a document. At first, I laughed and thought it was cute; never thought it would stick and become a thing that would continue on with me both personally and professionally.
